¯ SHERMAN -- Lester Yoder, 26, of Panama was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unlicensed operator, moved from lane unsafely, and following too closely. Deputies said Yoder was charged following a traffic stop Oct. 1 on Route 76 around 7:15 p.m. He was later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Sherman Court for a later date and time.
