CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ MAYVILLE — Karlie L. Hallett, 31, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promotin prison contraband at 3:07 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Chautauqua County Jail. Deputies report Hallett was in possession of fentanyl while in the jail. She will be in court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

¯ LAKEWOOD — Erika A. Garcia, 30, was charged with petit larceny at 8:26 p.m. Sunday at Walmart in Lakewood. She will be in Busti Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

¯ GOWANDA — At about 11:50 a.m. Friday, Patrick P. Phillips, 41, of 2388 Route 83, Fredonia, was charged after he came into contact with officers of the Dunkirk Police Department on an unrelated incident. An investigation revealed that Phillips had an active warrant for his arrest out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. He was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and remanded to jail where he was to be held until he could be seen in Family Court later.

¯ RANDOLPH — A 27-year-old Akron, Ohio, woman has been charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property after an accident on Interstate 86 on Friday. Deputies responded to a vehicle in a ditch and a female walking on the interstate. After an investigation, it was found that Tiffani Gray had stolen a vehicle in Akron that become stuck in the ditch. She was charged and released to be in court later.

¯ SOUTH DAYTON — A Cherry Creek man has been charged with second-degree trespass. Deputies report Terrance A. Mussall, 36, entered and remained unlawfully in a vacant residence at 309 Pine St. throughout the night and into the following day. Mussall, of 6338 South Road, was released and will be in court later.
