LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Kimberly E. Phanco, 33, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Saturday with the assistance of Jamestown police on two outstanding bench warrants for failing to appear in Busti Town Court. Phanco was being held in the county jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 property bond.

¯ Alex C. Peru, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault. Officers took Peru into custody at 10:40 p.m. Thursday after he allegedly used pepper spray on a man in the parking lot of a business, causing an injury. Peru is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Dominick J. Harrison, no age or address listed, was charged with third-degree assault, resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded at 8:48 p.m. Saturday to a large fight in the area of Winsor and Bush streets. A man was found in the street with a cut to his head. An investigation found that Harrison allegedly pushed the man, causing him to hit his head on the road. Harrison also reportedly resisted officers when being taken into custody. He was eventually transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Wilfredo Rivera Vazquez Jr., 21, of Jamestown, was charged with second- and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Officers stopped a vehicle at 3:56 a.m. Aug. 17 on Spring and Crossman streets. During a search, a loaded firearm was found. Rivera Vazquez, the operator and only occupant, was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

ELLERY — At about 4 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an address on Route 430 for a disorderly subject. Through further investigation, it was found that Tabitha J. Dellahoy, 34, of Bemus Point did threaten physical harm to an individual with a baseball bat. Dellahoy was issued an appearance ticket for second-degree menacing and will be in town court at a later date.
