¯ SILVER CREEK -- Jonathan W. Cuthbert, 34, of Silver Creek, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded at 5:58 p.m. Wednesday to Adams Street in Silver Creek for a reported unwanted person. An investigation found that Cuthbert allegedly engaged in an altercation with another person at a residence. Cuthbert reportedly damaged property that did not belong to him. He was transported to jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
