WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kirby A. Driggers, 38, of Jesup, Ga., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, moving from lane unsafely and uninspected motor vehicle. Officers responded at 10:35 a.m. Sunday to a crash at East Main and Elm streets. An investigation found that Driggers was allegedly operating the vehicle in an impaired state and caused the crash. Driggers is scheduled to appear in court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tyler T. Manelick, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday to the east side of the city for a domestic dispute. An investigation found that Manelick had been inside a residence in violation of a stay away order of protection out of Jamestown City Court. He also had felony arrest warrants for previously violating the order of protection. Manelick was found trying to conceal himself in the bushes behind the residence. He was being held pending arraignment in court.
