LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Morgan A. Zollman, 32, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. Zollman was stopped at 11:50 p.m. Saturday for traveling 51 mph in a 30 mph zone on East Terrace Avenue. She was taken into custody following an investigation and later provided a breath sample of 0.16%. Zollman is scheduled to appear in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SILVER CREEK — Marcus J. Hughes, 31, of Silver Creek, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies responded at 11 p.m. Monday to an ongoing altercation in Silver Creek. Hughes was taken into custody following an investigation. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ HARMONY — Amanda L. Barton, 39, of Busti, and Chad M. Enos, 41, were each charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree attempted grand larceny. Deputies responded at 11:33 p.m. Monday to Blockville Watts Flats Road in the town of Harmony for a reported burglary. Barton and Enos were located inside a residence, and an investigation found that both had allegedly entered the property unlawfully and removed property. The two are scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ ELLICOTT — Jordan Territo, 21, of Cassadaga, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious situation and found that Territo allegedly facilitated an exchange of marijuana and a fight between two juveniles. Territo was taken into custody at 11 a.m. Tuesday and later released with a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
