JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kevaun L. Green, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and obstructing governmental administration. Officers were called at 11:25 a.m. Monday to the area of Forest and Newland avenues for reports of an altercation in the street that allegedly included someone with a handgun. An investigation found that Green possessed a loaded pistol. The incident was captured on a Jamestown Police Department traffic camera that was used in the investigation. Green was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Andreonna N. Mindoro, 27, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and following too closely. Deputies responded at 6:25 p.m. Sunday to a crash in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Mindoro was allegedly operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Two people were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Mindoro is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Kirby A. Driggers, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. An investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office was conducted regarding property being taken May 4 from a garage. An investigation found that Driggers was in possession of stolen property from that incident. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

GOWANDA POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Mance B. Hall III, 23, of Buffalo, turned himself in to police June 9 for failure to appear in court on previous charges of aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. After he failed to appear, a warrant was issued by Persia Town Court. Hall was released with a ticket to appear in court later.

¯ Julie A. Dikeman, 59, of Fredonia, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Police stopped Dikeman on June 12 for a license plate violation. A check found that her license had been suspended March 16 for failure to answer a traffic summons in Sheridan Town Court. Dikeman is scheduled to appear in Collins Town Court later.
