CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

— SILVER CREEK — Around 5:21 p.m. Saturday, deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an apparent overdose in the village.

Upon arrival one of the occupants in the subject’s vehicle was identified as an Amanda Sendall, 36 of Gerry. Through the course of the investigation, Sendall was found to be in possession of three separate controlled substances and in possession of a set of plastic stun gun knuckles.

Sendall was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Sendall was released with tickets to be at the Town of Hanover Court later.

— WESTFIELD — At about 1 a.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies along with officers from Westfield Police Department responded to a residence in the town for a reported unwanted person.

At the scene, law enforcement did locate the suspect 40-year-old Rachel Blanchard of Mayville hiding in the woods. Blanchard was taken into custody on outstanding warrants from the Sheriff’s Office for second-degree aggravated harassment and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief. Blanchard was additionally charged with trespass due to the incident.

Blanchard was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where she awaited centralized arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Daniel R. McKay, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Officers were called at 8:48 p.m. Friday to a larceny complaint at Walmart. Upon arrival, officers were notified that the suspect vehicle had fled the scene. The vehicle was later found at a nearby business where McKay was also allegedly found in possession of stolen property from Walmart. McKay is scheduled to appear in court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Corey J. Stingel, 20, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools. Officers and deputies responded at 12:13 a.m. Sunday to a west side business for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, Stingel walked away as officers approached but was stopped and found with six bottles of liquor from the business. Stingel allegedly damaged a large storefront window to gain access using a large wrench. Stingel was transported to jail and held for court.

Bailey A. McNallie, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, insufficient turning signal, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator. Officers stopped a vehicle at 3 a.m. Sunday in the area of East Second and Spring streets. Bailey was taken into custody following an investigation and was transported to jail.

Renne L. Wolfe, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operate out of ignition interlock restriction, failure to comply with lawful order, moving from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed a vehicle cross over a double-yellow line at 10:14 a.m. Saturday on Jones and Gifford Avenue. The driver failed to comply, but eventually stopped in the front yard of a west side home. An investigation found that Wolfe was allegedly under the influence of drugs and in possession of methamphetamine. Wolfe was held for arraignment in court.
