LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Todd A. Dellahoy Jr., 24, of North Collins, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Dellahoy allegedly damaged items Saturday at Walmart. While being detained, Dellahoy was reportedly found with a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Kristen L. Pattison, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 10:15 p.m. on May 24 to a reported domestic incident on the east side of the city. It was found that Pattison allegedly violated an order of protection by striking another person with a glass liquor bottle to the side of their head causing an injury. Pattison then ran from the scene and smashed the victim’s cell phone on the ground in a nearby parking lot. Pattison was later taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
¯ Joseph J. Fobare, 23, no address listed, was charged with making terroristic threats and trespassing. Officers responded at 2:48 p.m. Friday to UPMC Chautauqua for a report of a disorderly person. Fobare was located outside the hospital refusing to leave after being discharged. While on scene, Fobare allegedly made several threats toward hospital staff. Fobare was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail.
¯ Nichole M. Loeung, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or more, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to yield the right of way at an intersection. A vehicle at 7:14 p.m. Monday was observed crossing English Street to Barrows Street, nearly causing a collision. Loeung failed field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample over 0.08%. Loeung is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ Nathan A. Abers, 48, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Abers was observed Monday in the company of another person who has a stay away order of protection. Abers was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for court.
¯ Nathan S. Hull, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded at 11 p.m. Saturday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Hall allegedly damaged property inside a residence and held another person down so they could not leave. Hall was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Jeremy J. Snyder, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal tampering and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 1 a.m. Sunday to the south side of the city for several complaints reportedly involving Snyder. An investigation found that Snyder had allegedly tampered with property and harassed another person at the residence. Snyder was transported to jail and held for court.
