¯ Mollie E. Sadowski, 23, of Lakewood, was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony DWI — Leandra’s Law, failure to keep right, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Sadowski was stopped at 7:36 p.m. Sunday on Chautauqua Avenue for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Sadowski was allegedly operating her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with two children inside. Sadowski is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bart M. Bartlett of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police stopped a vehicle at 11:10 a.m. Monday for traffic violations on Kingbury Street at King Street Extension. Bartlett, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to have warrants out of the city. He was allegedly found with fentanyl, a digital scale, .22 caliber long rifle bullets and a Smith and Wesson revolver. The revolver was found to be stolen in Fredonia. Bartlett was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
