CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ FORESTVILLE — Jason R. Dolce, 37, of Forestville, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and reckless endangerment of property. Deputies were called April 26 to Hanover Street in Forestville for a reported criminal mischief incident at a residence. An investigation found that Dolce allegedly took a backhoe to the residence and used the equipment to damage property. An arrest warrant was obtained, and Dolce was eventually taken into custody. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
