¯ Angela Arrollo-Augusto, 39, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Arrollo-Augusto was located Saturday after a reported larceny at Walmart in which she allegedly loaded up a grocery cart and attempted to exit without paying for the items. Arrollo-Augusto is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Kevin T. Klemens, 33, of Falconer, was charged with third-degree grand larceny. Klemens was taken into custody Tuesday for a prior larceny that occurred on Hillview Drive in Lakewood in which he allegedly stole $30,000 worth of jewelry from a residence where he was staying as a guest. He was scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Paul R. Briggs, 37, of Busti, was charged with open burning while prohibited. Officers responded at 11:10 p.m. on April 28 to assist the Busti Fire Department with a fire on Wellman Road. Briggs was reportedly burning garbage on his property when the fire spread to a semi trailer. The burning was in violation of the state’s burn ban. He is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
