ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Elizabeth J. Seice, 34, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and trespass. Officers were alerted at 7 p.m. on Monday to an unwanted person trying to enter a residence. An investigation found that Seice was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. She was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Ramsey J. Huddleston, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and trespass. Officers responded at 2:20 a.m. on Friday to a Falconer business for a reported shoplifting and trespass complaint. Huddleston is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Dashawna M. Sparks, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 5:18 p.m. on Monday to a reported domestic incident. An investigation found that Sparks allegedly grabbed a large kitchen knife and waived it around and threatening to damage vehicle tires. The incident occurred in view of two children. Sparks was taken into custody after a brief struggle and was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Pablo J. Figueroa, 34, of Lakewood, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, seventh-degree criminal posession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possesion of stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers assisted New York State Parole with a home check Monday. Figueroa was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine, scales and packaging materials. Numerous hypodermic needles were also inside the residence, which was occupied by many children. Property later found to be stolen from Jamestown was also located. Another person in the residence was reportedly found in possession of fentanyl. Charges are pending. Officers were assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force.
