CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

— SHERIDAN — At about 1:20 a.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies on patrol stopped a vehicle for an observed traffic violation on East Lake Road.

The vehicle’s operator was identified as Kimberly Hanlon, 50, of Silver Creek. Following an investigation it was determined that Hanlon was driving while intoxicated. Hanlon was charged with DWI and unsafe lane change.

She was released with traffic tickets and is to be in the Town of Sheridan court at a later date.

— BUSTI — At about 2:01 a.m. Saturday, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Busti-Stillwater Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 42-year-old Mark Burgeson of Panama. Further investigation found Burgeson to be driving while intoxicated. Burgeson was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and moving from lane unsafely.

He was released with tickets to be in the town of Busti Court at a later date.
