¯ Rylee F. Ruhn, 18, of Ripley, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Ruhn allegedly took $118.38 worth of items from Walmart on Monday. Items were also damaged that could not be sold. Ruhn is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ Chelsea M. Michael, no age or address listed, was charged with false personation. Officers stopped Michael at 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday for a traffic violation. Michael reportedly gave officers a false name. She was later issued a ticket to appear in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Michael C. Grissom, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing. Officers responded at 11:33 p.m. on Wednesday to the area of West Virginia Boulevard and East Newland Avenue for a crash with people fighting. An investigation found that Grissom allegedly displayed a bat and attempted to hit another person. Grissom was processed and released with a ticket to appear in court later.
