LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Mary A. Kendall, no age listed, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment. An investigation found that Kendall allegedly shoved another person multiple times inside Planet Fitness at 9:52 a.m. on Friday. Kendall was released with an appearance ticket.

¯ Daniel V. Ingerson, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child for an incident that occurred Friday at Walmart. Ingerson allegedly concealed items while walking through the store and passed all points of sale. The incident took place in the presence of a 4-year-old. Ingerson is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ William Deloe, 38, of Westfield, was charged with petit larceny. Deloe was issued an appearance ticket for Westfield Village Court after police received a shoplifting complaint at 7-Eleven on Monday. Deloe allegedly left the store without paying for several items.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Aimee L. Hogg, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, seventh-, third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers observed a vehicle at 5:11 p.m. on Friday without a valid state inspection sticker. It was later learned that Hogg was driving on a suspended license. A search of the vehicle turned up vicodin, methamphetamine and fentanyl.

¯ Patricia M. Raynor, 35, no address listed, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no/inadequate muffler. Adam L. Morrison, 34, no address listed, was taken into custody for being a fugitive from justice. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:27 p.m. on Friday in the area of East Second and Cross streets for an inadequate muffler. An investigation found that Raynor had a suspended license and was wanted in Warren. Morrison, a passenger, was also found to be wanted in Warren. Both were transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Rafael A. Rodriguez, 59, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, aggravated driving while intoxicated per se and DWI. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:51 a.m. on Sunday on Forest Avenue near McKinley Avenue. An investigation found that Rodriguez was allegedly operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He was transported to jail without incident and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ POMFRET — Chad R. Paolini, 45, of Fredonia, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:10 p.m. on Sunday on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret. An investigation found that Paolini was allegedly intoxicated. He was released with tickets to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Marcus J. Hughes, 29, of Silver Creek, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 4:10 a.m. on Monday to a Silver Creek residence and found that Hughes allegedly damaged property and broke a court order. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
