JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Andrew Kiendl, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers received word of a stolen vehicle at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the north end of the city. The vehicle was located in the area of Laura Street and Pardee Avenue. Kiendl then fled from the area, leading officers on a foot pursuit before being taken into custody. Kiendl was allegedly found in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Samantha Lugo, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault. Officers responded at 7:30 p.m. Thursday to an East Second Street business for a reported assault. Officers determined that Lugo allegedly punched a woman causing injury and damaged property belonging to the victim. Lugo was located a short distance away and was taken into custody. She was being held for arraignment.
¯ Kenneth S. Trask, 39, no address listed, was charged with first-degree public lewdness. Officers took a complaint at 6 p.m. Thursday of a man exposing himself to people at UPMC Chautauqua. Officers determined that Trask had again exposed himself to people at the hospital. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
