JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kevin S. Anderson, 34, of Pennsylvania, was charged with second-degree criminal personation. Officers stopped a vehicle at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Myrtle Street and Newland Avenue. During the stop Anderson allegedly provided officers with the name of his twin brother. Kevin Anderson was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant in Pennsylvania that is non-extraditable. He was booked on the charge and released with an appearance ticket.

CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Amanda Wickstrom, 33, of Frewsburg, was charged with New York state agriculture and markets law: overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, failure to provide proper sustenance, failure to provide appropriate shelter for dogs left outdoors and failure to license a dog. Officers received information that a pitbull mix dog had reportedly died due to a lack of shelter and food. An investigation found that Wickstrom allegedly failed to provide appropriate shelter for the dog that was left outside and failed to provide appropriate food. Wickstrom also allegedly failed to register the dog in accordance of state law. She was charged with failure to provide appropriate shelter for another dog also in her possession.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Trajan M. Woffard, 23, no address listed, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property. Officers on Jan. 19 observed a black sedan parked on Frederick Boulevard near Hunt Road. A check found that the license plates were stolen out of the city of Jamestown. The plates were seized, and Woffard was issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
