JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jessica Brown, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 8 p.m. Friday to an unwanted person complaint at a west side residence. An investigation found that Brown was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. Brown was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Paul G. Kitchen, 63, no known address, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal contempt and petit larceny. Officers responded at 1:40 a.m. Saturday to Tim Hortons on South Main Street for a reported alarm. Upon arrival the building was found damaged and entered. Kitchen was located in the area with Tim Hortons merchandise and $367.86 along with shards of glass on him. A review of cameras inside the store showed Kitchen was inside. Kitchen was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Cherish M. Woods, 34, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 11:50 a.m. Saturday to the area of Winsor and Harrison streets for an harassment complaint. An investigation found that Woods allegedly grabbed another person’s hair through their window and struck the person multiple times in the face. The incident was the result of a reported road rage incident. The other person had their 6- and 2-year-old in the vehicle when Woods struck the victim. Woods was also found to have warrants out of Jamestown City Court. She was processed and released to appear in court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Tiffany M. Walsh, 30, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. Officers responded at 9:07 p.m. Dec. 22 to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. An investigation found that Walsh allegedly took items valued at $113.97. Walsh was previously trespassed from the store. Walsh is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ FREDONIA — Sean McNiff, 29, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers stopped McNiff Sunday on Route 20 in Fredonia for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. He was processed and released with a ticket to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Alex C. Peru, 29, no address listed, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers conducted a warrant check at 3:35 a.m. Sunday on West Main Street in Falconer. Peru, who was located inside, had active warrants out of Jamestown City Court. Peru was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine. Peru is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Christopher S. Skuggen, 26, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded at 4 a.m. Dec. 20 to a business in the town for a reported larceny. Skuggen was taken into custody following an investigation. Skuggen is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Keith J. Morgan, 38, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers were called at 10 a.m. Sunday to a Falconer residence for a reported dispute. Morgan was found to have allegedly punched a wall inside a residence. Morgan was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Emily A. Dahlgren, 23, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 6:30 p.m. Friday to Celoron for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Dahlgren allegedly threw a remote at a TV, causing damage to a family member. She is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Julio L. Torres-Lebron, 21, of Westfield, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and uninspected motor vehicle. Officers responded at 10:25 p.m. Friday to Oak Street for a report of a vehicle that left the scene of a property damage accident. The vehicle was located nearby as was the driver. An investigation found that Torres-Lebron was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.
