CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ WESTFIELD — Edward A. Wood, 51, of Westfield, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Deputies responded at 12:06 a.m. Friday to a 911 investigation in the town of Westfield. Wood allegedly got into an altercation with another person at the residence. During the altercation Wood attempted to prevent the person from calling for help. Wood was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Oshon M. Goodlow, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 2 p.m. Wednesday for a reported domestic dispute. Officers spoke to a victim who reported that a window was broken while his son was attempting to get into the house. Goodlow was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Brian Brisson, 46, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers responded at 8:25 p.m. Thursday to a West Sixth Street residence for a reported disorderly person. It was found that Brisson allegedly entered an apartment unlawfully. Brisson was later found in possession of metal knuckles. He was held for arraignment.

¯ Diana Campos, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday to a south side address for a woman who appeared to have abandoned her children. Officers were advised that Campos allegedly assaulted one children then abandoned two of them. She was later found at a south side business with two of the children. Campos disregarded the officers and pulled away. Campos was being held for arraignment. All four children were accounted for and are safe.

¯ Marlo J. Carter, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment. Haley Pearson, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault. Officers responded at 3 p.m. Thursday to West 10th Street for a reported fight and a person armed with a weapon. It was learned Carter allegedly entered a residence unlawfully and used a stun-gun on several people. It was also learned that Pearson assaulted another person who had an active order of protection. Pearson also reportedly damaged property in the residence and to a vehicle outside. Both were held for arraignment.
