JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Ethan L. Haskins, no age or address listed, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Officers responded to the Wine Cellar, 309 N. Main St., for a reported fight. It was learned that Haskins allegedly pushed another person and allegedly trapped a woman in the smoking room and not allow her to leave. Haskins then left but was located exiting his vehicle at his residence. Haskins later failed field sobriety tests.

¯ Vincent Fruehauf, no age or address listed, was charged with petit larceny. A man reported his bicycle and cell phone stolen Wednesday near Big Lots. Police received a call from Fruehauf reporting he found the bike and phone. The victim identified the items along with Fruehauf, who allegedly took the items. Fruehauf was released with tickets.

¯ FALCONER — Mark A. Donato, 57, of Celoron, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and unsecured plate. Deputies responded at 9:20 p.m. Friday to a disorderly complaint in Falconer. Upon arrival the subject fled the scene. The man was located and identified as Donato. An investigation found that Donato was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released with tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ PORTLAND — Paul R. Dunn III, 39, of Portland, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Deputies were called at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday to Lake Avenue in the town of Portland for a larceny complaint. It was reported that someone had stolen and cashed a check. An investigation determined that Dunn possessed and cashed the forged check that belonged to the victim in September at a location in Westfield. Dunn is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.

¯ PORTLAND — Andrew M. Lindstrom, 28, of Ripley, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies were called at 4:46 p.m. Monday to a harassment complaint on Route 20 in the town of Portland. Lindstrom allegedly violated a stay away order of protection. While being taken into custody, Lindstrom was reportedly found with a small amount of methamphetamine. Lindstrom was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
