¯ NEW ALBION — Darly S. Oakes, 55, of 23 Center St., Cherry Creek was arrested Oct. 28 on an agricultural and markets charge of failure to provide sustenance for a cow that had allegedly been neglected at this farm on Kickbush Hill Road. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket to appear in Town of New Albion Court at a later date.

¯ SALAMANCA — Candy A. Jimerson, 58, of 10034 Piegeon Valley Road, Napoli, was arrested Nov. 11 for allegedly leaving threatening voice mails on a cell phone from individual in Salamaca who has an active Order of Protection against her. She was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. Jimerson was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

¯ SALAMANCA — Madeline L. Bowen, 28, of 24 Franklin St., Salamanca was arrested on Nov. 12 after the Salamanca Police Department came into contact with her on an unrelated incident. Investigation revealed that she had an active warrant from the Sheriff’s Office. She was sent to the county jail.

¯ SALAMANCA — Billybear R. Redeye, 22, of1 Barrett Drive, Salamanca, was arrested on Nov. 13 by the Salamanca Police Department on an unrelated incident. Investigation revealed that he had an active arrest warrant from the Sheriff’s Office and was turned over to deputies. He was sent to the county jail. The warrant was for charges of assault and second-degree menacing.

¯ SALAMANCA — Dylan M. Wier, 44, of 10 Cross St., Salamanca, was arrested on Nov. 13 by the Salamanca Police Department on an unrelated incident. Investigation revealed that he had an active warrant from the Sheriff’s Office and was turned over to deputies. He was sent to the county jail.

¯ LITTLE VALLEY — Alan M. Miller, 31, of 25 Church St., Salamanca was arrested Thursday on an arrest warrant. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, arraigned, and sent to the county jail without bail.
