CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ SILVER CREEK — Scott A. Sack, 49, of Silver Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and no/insufficient tail lamps. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:13 p.m. Thursday on Route 20 in Silver Creek. An investigation found that Sack was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
¯ BROCTON — William O. Tolbert, 52, of Brocton, was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree aggravated harassment, second-degree harassment, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies responded at 7:03 p.m. Wednesday to a Brocton residence for a reported altercation. An investigation led to warrants for Tolbert. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Billy J. Heilman, 36, of Ashville, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers were called at 9 a.m. Thursday to the Walmart parking lot to check the well-being. Heilman was allegedly found in possession of 11.29 ounces of cannabis and a small amount of a controlled substance. He was processed and is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
