LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Noah R. Teagarden, 22, and an 18-year-old Jamestown resident were each charged with petit larceny and burglary. Officers responded at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to a reported burglary in progress on Olive Avenue in Lakewood. A citizen was able to get video of the incident and provided it to officers. With the video, officers were able to get a license plate and located the vehicle at the registered residence. Two people were observed exiting the vehicle at the residence. Both were processed and released.
