NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ CHERRY CREEK — Taran J. Mosher, 23, of Forestville, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers says Mosher allegedly crashed his motorcycle Friday on Main Street in the village of Cherry Creek. Mosher, traveling at an unsafe speed and performing a “wheelie” stunt, reportedly lost control of his motorcycle. He was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries where patrols noted signs of impairment. Mosher consented to a blood test and patrols are awaiting the results.

¯ VILLENOVA — Justin M. Stanfield, 34, of Silver Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers responded at 4:25 p.m. Sunday to a crash on Route 83 near Zahm Road in the town of Villenova. An investigation and witness statements revealed that Stanfield had drove off the road and crashed his vehicle after attempting to pass the vehicle in front of him. Troopers noted Stanfield had obvious signs of impairment, as well as failure of standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He later provided a breath sample of 0.09% and released with an appearance ticket.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RANDOLPH — Dakota J. Harman, 23, of Randolph, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:22 a.m. Friday on Main Street in Randolph. An investigation found that Harman was allegedly intoxicated with alcohol while operating the vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

¯ RED HOUSE — Leandro Weidner, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and parking on a highway. An unresponsive male was located in the driver’s seat of a vehicle Thursday on Interstate 86 in the town of Red House. An investigation found that Weidner was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated and had a suspended driver’s license. Weidner was issued appearance tickets to be in Red House Town Court later.
