¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Joshua L. Casey, 36, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operate outside of interlock device restrictions, no/ inadequate stop lamps. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 3:52 p.m. Sunday on Centralia Hartfield Road in the town of Chautauqua. Following an investigation it was found that Casey was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was processed and released with appearance tickets.
¯ STOCKTON — Michael Wieloszynski, 51, of Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic device, failure to keep right and unsafe lane change. Deputies at 12:19 p.m. Sunday observed a driver using an electronic device and commit several lane violations on Route 380 in Stockton. Wieloszynski was taken into custody following an investigation and scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.
¯ FORESTVILLE — Patrick C. Parker, 23, of Forestville, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 6 a.m. Thursday to Forestville for a reported despondent person. Upon arrival it was learned that a person there was allegedly in violation of an active order of protection. Parker was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Daryll V. Thompson Jr., 36, of Mayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failure to stop at a stop sign and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 3:14 a.m. on Aug. 7 in the town of Chautauqua for a traffic violation. It was learned that Thompson was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.
¯ STOCKTON — Justin J. Grant, 29, of Stockton, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering. Deputies responded at 4:36 a.m. Friday to Route 380 in the town of Stockton for a reported disorderly person. An investigation found that Grant damaged items of another person and also allegedly tampered with someone’s property causing an inconvenience. Grant was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ BEMUS POINT — Jason C. Bang, 32, of Bemus Point, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and three counts of second-degree criminal contermpt. Deputies responded at 6:15 p.m. Monday to a Bemus Point address for a report of a disorderly person. An investigation found that Bang allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in a residence. He was also found to have violated an order of protection. Bang was transported to jail for arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Ashley M. Kendall, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 10:10 a.m. Saturday to the 100 block of Charles Street for a reported domestic dispute. Kendall was located inside and found to be violating an active order of protection and had multiple bench and arrest warrants. Kendall was being held pending arraignment.
¯ Judd M. Hamilton, 52, no address listed, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed a vehicle parked illegally around 9:30 p.m. Friday in the area of Newland Avenue and Prospect Street. The driver, identified as Hamilton, was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was transported to jail and held for court.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ DUNKIRK — Samantha J. Barron, 34, of Mayville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Troopers responded Saturday to a 911 call for a reported domestic dispute between a male and female in the Tops parking lot on Vineyard Drive in the town of Dunkirk. A vehicle was observed leaving, and when stopped, Barron allegedly displayed signs of impairment. Barron was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests. She was processed and later released.
¯ POMFRRET — Christopher R. Davis, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, DWI, two counts of aggravated harassment, harassment and trespassing. Troopers responded Friday to a trespass complaint in Pomfret. Davis was located following a search and found that he allegedly tampered with the brake lines of a vehicle. It was learned that he also sent numerous unwanted text messages and phone calls during the past 12 hours. Davis was processed and taken to jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ STOW — Thomas Furtune, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers stopped Furtune on Aug. 9 on Interstate 86 in Stow for speeding. It was found that a passenger was a protected party in a stay-away order against Furtune. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in North Harmony Town Court later.
¯ FALCONER — Brandon Dailey, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Dailey was stopped Aug. 9 on Route 394 in Falconer for a traffic violation. He was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests, and a check found 16 previous suspensions. Dailey is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ FALCONER — Mary Butler, 63, of Gerry, was charged with aggravated family offense, second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Butler allegedly violated an order of protection and was found in possession of two containers and a bag with methamphetamine. Butler was processed and transported to jail.
¯ ELLINGTON — Jennifer Aldrich, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Aldrich was identified after an Ellington business said a woman stole a gallon of gas and an ashtray. Aldrich is scheduled to appear in Ellington Town Court later.
¯ IRVING — Tanner Moquin, 26, of Silver Creek, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Moquin was stopped Friday on Routes 5 and 20 in Irving for a suspended registration and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. Moquin was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
¯ GERRY — Cassondra Knuth, 29, of Sinclairville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Knuth was stopped Sunday on Route 60 in Gerry for a traffic violation and was taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. Knuth provided a blood sample at UPMC Chautauqua and released with a ticket to appear in Gerry Town Court later.
¯ BRANT — Matthew Miceli, 32, of Fredonia, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Miceli was stopped Monday on Route 20 in Brant for a traffic violation and taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests. Miceli is scheduled to appear in court later.
