WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jamar Williams, 37, of Erie, Pa., was charged with moving from lane unsafely, unlicensed operator, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Officers responded at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday to Route 20 for a report of a vehicle driving in the wrong lane. The vehicle was located on Route 20 at Felton Road. It was later found that Williams was driving while intoxicated. Williams is scheduled to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — Dakota S. Sugg, 26, of Silver Creek, was charged with speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from lane unsafely and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Deputies responded at 4:18 a.m. Sunday to a crash on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan. Sugg was charged following an investigation and was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ Daniel C. Douglas, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Douglas, who allegedly damaged a patrol vehicle July 30, was located Thursday and taken into custody. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ James G. Hall, 41, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, false personation and obstructing governmental administration. Officers conducted a street check at 1:45 a.m. Thursday on a male walking on Prendergast Avenue at East Third Street. The male was transporting a large television on a child’s scooter and identified himself as Jamy F. White. He took off on foot when another officer arrived and produced a wooden billy club from his pocket. The man, later identified as James G. Hall, was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
