WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Christopher JH Davis, 47, of Westfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and speed excess in a 55 mph zone. Officers stopped a vehicle at 8:57 a.m. Saturday in McKinley Road in Westfield for speeding in a 55 mph zone. Davis was found to be intoxicated following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Page M. Hankins, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unsafe start. Officers responded at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday to a crash at Liberty and East Eighth streets. One of the parties involved stated they were following the vehicle that struck them. An investigation later found that Hankins was intoxicated. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Diana L. Bloom, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Officers responded at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday to Falconer Street for a domestic incident. It was learned that Bloom allegedly grabbed another person by the neck and applied pressure, causing difficulty in breathing, during a domestic incident. Bloom was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
