¯ FREDONIA — Aliza Rosier, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Rosier was stopped Thursday for a traffic violation at the intersection of Route 60 and Spoden Road in Fredonia and was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests. Rosier later provided a breath sample of 0.14%, and is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.

¯ SINCLAIRVILLE — Kevin Pattyson, 30, of Sinclairville, was charged with second-degree burglary. Troopers responded Sunday to a Sinclairville residence for a reported burglary. An investigation found that the homeowner returned to find Pattyson in one of the bedrooms. Pattyson was physically removed from the residence by one of the homeowners and detained until the patrols arrived. Troopers found Pattyson to be in possession of several undergarments that were identified as belonging to one of the homeowners. He was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Natalie L. Deyell, 34, of Jamestown, was served a warrant stemming from a 2020 incident at Kwik Fill in Lakewood that led to a petit larceny charge. Deyell was fingerprinted and released with a ticket to appear in Busti Town Court later.
