CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Matthew M. Foster, 31, of Busti, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:55 p.m. Monday on North Maple Avenue in the town of North Harmony for a traffic violation.

An investigation found that Foster was allegedly in violation of an order of protection with a passenger in the vehicle. Foster was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kody Cambria, 22, of Westfield, was charged with criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. Officers responded Monday to a reported domestic dispute that had taken place previously on Jefferson Street. An investigation found that Cambria allegedly choked a woman, damaged her phone and struck her multiple times. Cambria was located later on and transported to Chautauqua County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.
