CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ POMFRET — Shaina E. Love, 30, of Sinclairville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by the combination of drugs. Deputies responded at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Route 60 in the town of Pomfret. The driver was identified as Love, who was taken into custody following an investigation. Love is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CONEWANGO — Tres J. Sherman, 20, of Sherman, was charged with second-degree forgery. Sherman was taken into custody after deputies investigated complaints of underage individuals using fraudulent driver’s licenses to obtain alcohol. Sherman was processed and released with a ticket to appear in Coldspring Town Court later.

¯ RANDOLPH — Da’Sai Bradberry, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with false personation. Deputies responded May 8 to a crash on Conewango Street in Randolph. Bradberry reportedly gave deputies a false name several times. Bradberry is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

¯ Jordan M. Washburn, 30, of Honolulu, Hawaii, was extradited from Hawaii on a warrant for first-degree gang assault, second-degree assault and fourth-degree conspiracy. Washburn was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation, pending the resolution of the case.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Zachery P. Kemp, 29, of Brocton, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police were called to 7-Eleven on East Main Street for a reported shoplifting complaint. With the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office, Kemp was located and taken into custody for allegedly taking items and damaging property. Kemp is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.
