JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bleys L. Potrzebowski, no age listed, of Randolph was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 5:48 a.m. Tuesday to West Seventh Street for a reported fight. An investigation found that Potrzebowski allegedly violated an order of protection by harassing and following a woman to her residence. Due to not leaving, Potrzebowski was apprehended by a neighbor, which caused him to leave. Potrzebowski was later taken into custody.

¯ Douglas E. Puckett, 34, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded at 1:23 a.m. Tuesday to a possible domestic dispute on East Fifth Street. Puckett allegedly prevented another person from leaving a residence by blocking the door and shoving the victim. Puckett was located afterward and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ George L. Rivera Jr., 18, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday to Winsor Street for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Rivera was inside the residence with someone who had an order of protection. Rivera was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Felicia A. Buffalo, 31, of Salamanca was taken into custody from the Gowanda Police Department on Monday on an outstanding warrant from Napoli Town Court. Buffalo was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing and arraignment. She was later released on her own recognizance.

¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Dustin C. Martin, 31, of South Dayton was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Martin was found to have allegedly violated an order of protection. He was transported to jail and released to appear in South Dayton Village Court later.
