JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Manuel Fernandez, 36, of Jamestown, was taken into custody at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on an outstanding warrant out of Pennsylvania. He was located at a northside residence and transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
