¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Larry M. Houser, 36, of Westfield, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Deputies responded at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday to Munson Road in the town of Chautauqua for a reported suspicious person. An investigation found that Houser was allegedly in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ POMFRET — Kimberly A. Ryczko, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and trespassing. Deputies responded at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday to the town of Pomfret for a reported trespass complaint. An investigation found that Ryczko was on the property without permission and allegedly operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. She is scheduled to appear in Pomfret Town Court later.
