JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon T. Jimerson, 36, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 3 p.m. Monday to the area of North Main and Sixth streets for a disorderly male reportedly going in and out of traffic. It was learned that Jimerson allegedly damaged a glass window on a nearby building and fled the area. He was located a short time later and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

SILVER CREEK — A 23-year-old female was resuscitated after an overdose Tuesday morning. Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Main Street after 7 a.m. Upon arrival deputies did locate individuals trying to resuscitate a subject who was not responsive. Deputies did administer narcan to the subject. A short time later, a Chautauqua County EMS Fly Car, the Silver Creek Fire Department and Seneca EMS arrived on the scene. With further care and additional doses or narcan the subject was able to be stabilized. She was transported by EMS to a local hospital for further care.

WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD — A 31-year-old man was charged after an incident early Sunday at 10 Jefferson St. Police say they were dispatched to the residence around 4:48 a.m. for a suspicious situation involving a female with possible lacerations. After the woman was taken to Westfield Memorial Hospital, a male who was present in the vehicle that transported her was identified as James D. Mawhir, who was in violation of a valid court order of protection with the woman. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He is to be in village court later.

WESTFIELD — A Westfield man was charged for a second day with violating an order of protection. Police report Howard F. Nichols, 48, was located in a residence on 10 Jefferson St. He was detained and placed in temporary wrist restraints. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, send to Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to be in village court at a later date.
