CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ MAYVILLE — William S. Hamilton, 39, of Portland, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:10 p.m. Feb. 6 on East Chautauqua Street in Mayville for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Hamilton was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.
