CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Kody W. Robbins, 23, of Lakewood, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and no/inadequate lights. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:31 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 86 in the town of North Harmony for an alleged traffic violation. An investigation revealed that Robbins was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. He is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Daniel F. Johnson, 32, no address listed, was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday to a reported domestic dispute on William Street. Officers attempted to detail Johnson, who allegedly resisted and fought with officers before being taken into custody. It was later learned that Johnson allegedly took a vehicle without consent. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ An 18-year-old female, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 3:49 p.m. Monday to South Main Street for a report of a disorderly female. It was learned that the teen allegedly damaged property. The 18-year-old was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Andrew C. Meacham, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 7:12 p.m. Monday to the west side of the city for a report of an order of protection violation. It was learned that Meacham was allegedly violating the order. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail.
