JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Stephanie J. Dellahoy, 32, of Jamestown, was taken into custody following a traffic stop at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday. Officers stopped a vehicle on North Main Street, near West 18th Street. Dellahoy was reportedly found to be operating the vehicle without insurance and a suspended registration. She was also found to be wanted out of Erie, Pa. Dellahoy was charged with being a fugitive from justice in addition to her traffic infractions. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ CELORON — Dale Linkous, 22, of Celoron, was taken into custody following a warrant check on Waverly Avenue in Celoron. Linkous was wanted by parole for a previous charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was located and turned over to parole.
¯ PORTLAND — Joshua D Butcher, 21, of Brocton, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 5:41 p.m. Monday to Central Avenue in Portland for a reported altercation. It was found that Butcher was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
