¯ BEMUS POINT — Todd Crowl, 55, of Lakewood, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Crowl was stopped Saturday on Route 430 in Bemus Point for an alleged traffic violation and was taken into custody after he reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. Crowl was transported to police barracks where he provided a breath sample of 0.12%. He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Police arrested Daniel G. Gordan, 28, of Frewsburg, on charges of failure to use turn signal, driving while intoxicated and a blood-alcohol concentration over .08%. Officers stopped Gordan after he failed to use a turn signal. He was released with appearance tickets for the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
