JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Michael R. Degolier, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:29 a.m. Thursday in the area of Prospect Street near Prather Avenue. An investigation determined that Degolier was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail and released with an appearance ticket.

¯ Jaquetta S. Albino Gonzalez, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 5:55 p.m. Friday to the Appleyard Terrace Apartments for an alleged child endangerment. Officers found five children living in deplorable conditions. It was found that Gonzalez was not maintaining the apartment. Broken glass was also found on the floor that was in reach of children. Gonzalez was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ STOCKTON — Tristen M. Johnson, 21, of Cassadaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. Deputies were called to a crash in the town of Stockton at 3:45 a.m. Nov. 24. Johnson was charged following an investigation and is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Deputies responded at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 25 to a crash on Route 430 in the town of Chautauqua. Two vehicles, one operated by Jacqueline M. Tynan, and the other operated by Shawn L. Arnold with Austin T. Syper as a passenger, were the vehicles involved in the crash. Tynan was evaluated at the scene and released. Arnold was transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital to be further evaluated for injuries and was later released. An investigation into the incident is ongoing and further charges may be pending.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Patricia A. Bivona, 62, of Westfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to signal stopping. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 25 on Plank Road in the town of Chautauqua for an infraction. Bivona was charged following an investigation, who is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Jacob L. Ransom, 38, of Ashville, was charged with second-degree harassment. Deputies responded Nov. 26 to a reported altercation in the town of North Harmony. An investigation found that Ransom allgedly struck another person and broke numerous items. He was later located and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
