¯ RIPLEY -- Jamie S. Kochi, 34, of Ripley, was charged with third-degree obscenity and unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image. Deputies took a report Oct. 28 of an alleged incident that took place in the town of Ripley. Kochi is scheduled to appear in Ripley Town Court later.
