LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jonathan M. Toriz Escalante, 33, of Dunbar, West Virginia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and speed in zone. Police observed a vehicle on West Fairmount Avenue at a high rate of speed and crossing marked lines at 11:56 p.m. Tuesday. Escalante was later identified as the driver. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later to answer the charges.
