CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

EAST RANDOLPH — Sheriffs deputies took a Randolph woman into custody Saturday night on a bench warrant. Deputies turned over Bethanie Clark, 39, to the Salamanca Police Department for further processing.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Police charged a Sherman man with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a felony driving while intoxicated charge on Saturday night. Police located a vehicle inside the Sunset Hill Cemetery around 5:22 p.m. and found Kevin C. Cole, 56, slumped over the steering wheel. After awaking Cole, police found that he had been drinking at an establishment before and drove himself to the cemetery. After asking Cole to perform a field sobriety test, police took him into custody for driving while intoxicated. A record check revealed that Cole had a previous DWI charge from March 26, 2015 which increased his charge to a felony arrest. Police also found to have a revoked driver’s license and did not have an interlock device installed in the vehicle. He was released on an apperance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Lindsey L. Ulrich, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and second-degree assault. Officers stopped a vehicle at 7:27 p.m. on Sunday on East Second Street. During the stop, Ulrich reportedly became belligerant and combative with officers. An investigation found that Ulrich was allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition. Ulrich then reportedly began fighting with officers, at one point allegedly biting an officer causing injury. Ulrich was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Douglas E. Puckett, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault. Officers responded at 11 p.m. on Sunday to Newland Avenue for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Puckett allegedly struck a woman. He was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Brittany M. Whitehill, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Officers checked the well-being on a woman who was reportedly unresponsive in a vehicle on Bush Street at 5:28 p.m. on Saturday. An investigation determined that Whitehill was operating the vehicle while impaired by use of drugs. She was released with tickets to appear in court at a later date.
