JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Joseph P. Marucci, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers were called at 8 p.m. on Tuesday to 15 Dewey Place for a reported neighbor fight. It was discovered that Marucci allegedly got into an altercation with a neighbor that led to property damage. Marucci was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Rhonda L. Adams, 51, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers were summoned at 7:12 p.m. on Monday to Hazeltine Avenue for a report of a woman slumped over the wheel of her vehicle. An investigation discovered that Adams was operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs. During a search of the vehicle, officers reported finding five Suboxone strips in her purse. Adams is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Jail later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FREDONIA — Matthew J. Plucinski, 34, of Grand Island, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, speed in zone and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies observed a speeding vehicle at 2:21 a.m. on Aug. 29 on East Main Street in the village of Fredonia. The driver was identified as Plucinski. He is scheduled to appear in Fredonia Village Court later.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — John C. Fafalios, 70, of Belle Vernon, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies were notified Wednesday of a erratic driver on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua. An investigation found that Fafalios was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.
