¯ NORTH HARMONY — Burke H. Lindquist, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unregistered motor vehicle, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 12:23 a.m. on Sunday for a traffic violation in the town of North Harmony. An investigation found that Lindquist was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Lindquist is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.

¯ Scott Hagstrom, 65, of Madison, Ohio, was charged with speed in zone, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 11 p.m. Friday on Fluvanna Avenue Extension in the town of Ellicott for speeding. The driver was identified as Hagstrom, and an investigation determined he was in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Dakota N. Baker, 28, no address listed, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI. Police were called at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday to Kwik Fill in the village of Frewsburg for a report of a disorderly person. It was found that Baker was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Baker is scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court later. Officers were assisted by Ellicott police and the New York State Police.
