CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ FRENCH CREEK — Latasha M. Myers, 38, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, Leandra’s Law, unlicensed operator and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:08 a.m. Monday on Route 474 in the town of French Creek. An investigation found that Myers was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a 10-year-old passenger in the vehicle. Myers was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ HANOVER — Bradley A. McIntyre, 47, of Randolph, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6:13 p.m. on Friday on Route 5 and 20 in the town of Hanover. McIntyre was found to be intoxicated, and a check showed he had a previous DWI conviction withint the past 10 years. McIntyre was released with tickets to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ George W. Edington, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 4:38 p.m. Sunday to Westcott Street for a possible medical situation. A woman told officers that Edington had been there but left. It was learned there was a valid stay away order for Edington and the woman. Edington was located a short distance away and taken into custody. He was being held in Jamestown City Jail for arraignment.
