CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ FRENCH CREEK — Craig L. Burch, 53, of Corry, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and no license plate.
Deputies observed a violation Sunday on State Line Road in the town of French Creek.
An investigation found that Burch was allegedly intoxicated and that his license was suspended. Burch was released with tickets to appear in French Creek Town Court later.
