¯ Katelin E. Didomenico, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Didomenico allegedly under-rang $159.34 in food and merchandise Wednesday at Walmart. Didomenico was also reportedly found in possession of a small amount of drugs. Didomenico was issued tickets to appear in Busti Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Tyler M. Brady, 31, of Orchard Park, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering. Deputies responded 10:22 a.m. Thursday to a Moran Lane residence in the town of Hanover for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Brady allegedly injured another person and threw the person’s phone in the woods when they attempted to call 911 along with their credit cards and driver’s license. Brady was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
