JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jose L. Maisonet III, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded Friday at 8 p.m. to 341 Forest Ave. for a domestic dispute that took place earlier. An investigation found that Maisonet allegedly restrained a woman in the residence and refused to allow her to leave. Maisonet was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Kaleb S. Mason, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle Saturday at 11:29 p.m. on Route 60 in the town of Ellicott for a lane violation. An investigation found that Mason was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ NORTH HARMONY — Anthony R. Ciccone, 27, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle Saturday at 2:32 a.m. on Route 394 in the town of North Harmony for a lane violation. An investigation found that Ciccone was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court later.
¯ DUNKIRK — Eric M. Burlingame, 50, of Brocton, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, speeding, operating with no insurance, operating with no registration and improper plates. Deputies observed a vehicle committing a traffic infraction in the town of Dunkirk. An investigation found that Burlingame was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. Burlingame was released with tickets to appear in court later.
¯ HANOVER — Zachary N. Plowe, 35, of Angola, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speed in zone, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle Saturday at 5:38 a.m. in the town of Hanover for an observed infraction. An investigation found that Plowe was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
¯ GERRY — Toni L. Long, 30, of Sinclairville, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Deputies were called May 24 to an address on Old Chautauqua Road in town of Gerry for a larceny complaint. An investigation found that Long was allegedly in possession of stolen property from that address. She is scheduled to appear in Gerry Town Court later.
