CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CHERRY CREEK — An 18-year-old male, of Cherry Creek, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Deputies responded Tuesday at 3:10 a.m. to Cherry Creek for an altercation. The male was transported to Chautauqua County for centralized arraignment.

¯ CASSADAGA — Chad S. Jaynes, 28, of Cherry Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed not reasonable. Deputies responded Monday at 5 a.m. to Bard and Center roads in Cassadaga for a reported single-vehicle crash. An investigation found that Jaynes was driving while intoxicated and with a revoked license. Jaynes was not injured in the crash. He was issued tickets to appear in Arkwright Town Court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Robbie M. Stearns, 25, no address listed, was taken into custody Thursday at 2:54 a.m. Stearns was known to have active warrants in Jamestown. While being taken into custody, Stearns was allegedly found to be in possession of narcotics along with marijuana. He was turned over to Jamestown police and issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later for a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
